Day 0: Arrival Day (We will pick you up at Kilimanjaro international airport JRO)
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel accommodation for an overnight stay. Your professional safari guide will brief you during dinner on various aspects of your itinerary and activities.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Early morning after breakfast we will pick you up from your accommodation in Arusha and we will head to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its huge baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Its sparse vegetation makes it a beautiful and special location, where up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds at it best visiting time during the dry season between July to October. Migratory wildebeest, zebra and buffalo can also be seen crowding the shrinking lagoons. Here you will enjoy an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch.

Day 2: Karatu or Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park (Game en route) Via Ngorongoro Conservation area
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful landscapes of Ngorongoro conservation area Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive after we have had our picnic lunch in the Serengeti national park then continue with a game drive while heading to the Lodge for your overnight stay.

After your breakfast, enjoy full day game drive around Serengeti , The Central Serengeti offers superb game viewing all year round due to its abundance of resident animals. Specifically, the Seronera River Valley in the Central Serengeti is a ‘must see’ on every safari regardless of the specific month of travel. Game viewing in Central Serengeti is at its best during the dry season (June – November) as resident animals are more concentrated in the immediate area due to the lack of water on the plains. Resident herbivores include impala, buffalo, hippo, warthog, topi, hartebeest and giraffe. Resident carnivores include lion and leopard.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning game drives en route depart serengeti national park to Ngorongoro Conservation area. We will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution, late afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge where you will have dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which includes lions, zebras, flocks of flamingos, elephants, giraffes just to mention a few. Ngorongoro is often referred as the eighth natural wonder, it has been listed as a UNESCO site which is considered the most beautiful and unique place in Africa where man and wildlife stays together in one area, we will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here. We will stop at a nice picnic area for our lunch break and there after we continue with game drive in the late afternoon and transfer to Lake Eyasi for an overnight.

Day 7: Lake Eyasi Activities to Lake Manyara National Park
Today Early morning around 0630hrs before breakfast we head off and meet the Hadzabe tribes where they will take you for a hunt and learn about hunting techniques also meet with the Datoga tribe before coming back to the Lodge for breakfast and shower then proceed to Twiga Lodge in Mto wa mbu for Hot Lunch and an overnight.

After an early breakfast, you will depart from the campsite for a full day game drive in Lake Manyara national park “a park is well known for its spectacular tree climbing lions which spend most of their time spread out on the tree branches of acacias six to seven meters from the ground but also the park is well known for its tree climbing pythons. Alongside this park lies the Mto wa mbu “The river of mosquitoes” a small village which hosts almost all the tribes found in Tanzania believed to be more than 120 tribes dwelling in this small town conducting different activities including woodcarving, painting and farming. After game drive in the late afternoon we head back to the Lodge for an overnight.

Day9: Cultural tours Walking/ Biking excursion at Mto wa mbu village including Maasai Boma Visit
The bustling farming community of Mto wa Mbu, located between Manyara and Ngorongoro, is home to around 18,000 people. Spend half a day here with a knowledgeable local guide and you’ll discover a side of Tanzania that many visitors miss. After breakfast at the campsite Local guides will pick you ready for a village walking tour, your guide is very likely to be from the village itself so you will have a unique opportunity to see the community through his eyes. Tours last around 2–3 hours, but are very flexible. During your visit you’ll get a good feel for the social side of the village, you’ll likely start your tour at the rice plantations where you will get insights of how they grow them and you will be passed through different places and end at Local mama lunch places where you will have hot local lunch prepared there by them then Three wheel Motorcycle will pick you from Lunch area to Maasai Boma where you will get an insight of Maasai ways of life and enjoy their dance together then your driver guide will pick you at some point and head back to the lodge for an overnight relaxation.

Day10: Departure– Arusha – airport
Today You will have late breakfast around 900hrs and after breakfast your driver guide will be there to transfer you back to Kilimanjaro International Airport via Arusha where you will have break time for lunch at nice restaurant and have time to do optional shopping (if time allows) for your onward flight back home.
